There is a lot of interest in the idea of cycle superhighways in London. The Mayor has proposed that a number of these routes will be created to offer cyclists safe, efficient routes into London from different parts of the city.
We feel that Southwark is perfectly suited for such a route and we have teamed up with Southwark Cyclists to produce our own ideas for a cycling superhighway in Southwark.
The route would run north-south and connect the towns and villages of Southwark with the main bridges across the river. Please have a look at our proposals and tell us what you think.
