1. Southwark Council Walking Hub.
Living Streets is working with Southwark Council to bring together the multitude of information available online, from various sources, about walking in the borough, into one ‘walking hub’. The pages of the hub will act as a signpost to websites that detail self led walking routes, guided walking groups and paid walking excursions.
In Living Streets’ search for walks to include in the listings we would like to ask for your help: can you tell us your favourite walks in Southwark? Walks with the route / directions already available online would be particularly of interest.
We have a short time frame to get the pages online, so any ideas sent in the next few days would be gratefully received. Looking forward, the site will be updated as new information is available, so do let us know if you discover any new routes!
Please send any information to Louise Renwick (firstname.lastname@example.org
) or send to us and we will forward it to Louise.
